Role Description The Assistant Manager Production – Granulation/Pellets (Pharmaceuticals/Nutraceuticals) is a full-time, on-site role based at Pharvinex Group’s facility in Jaipur. The role involves overseeing daily granulation and pellet production activities, ensuring batches are manufactured according to approved formulations, SOPs, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, monitoring equipment performance, coordinating with quality assurance and maintenance teams, and maintaining accurate production records.

The Assistant

Manager will implement and maintain GMP practices, support process optimization and scale-up, train production staff on procedures and safety, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical/nutraceutical granulation and pelletization processes, including equipment handling and process parameters.
- Experience with GMP, GLP,



and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing workplace, with a focus on quality and documentation.
- Skills in production planning, line supervision, and coordination with cross-functional teams such as QA, QC, and maintenance.
- Competence in troubleshooting process issues, implementing continuous improvement, and supporting technology transfer or scale-up.
- Familiarity with safety standards, EHS practices, and risk mitigation in a regulated manufacturing facility.
- Effective communication, people management, and team training skills, with the ability to guide and motivate production staff.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and production-related digital systems for reporting and data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in granulation/pellet production is highly preferred.
