Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end IT Product hiring (FTE)across technology and product-based companies.

- Handle leadership and niche technology hiring mandates.

- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, driving productivity and hiring targets.

- Manage key clients, understand requirements, and ensure timely closures.

- Build strong client relationships and provide regular hiring updates and market insights.

- Handle sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and process compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

- 610 years of IT recruitment experience from a consultancy Or staffing Firm.

- Strong experience in IT Product hiring and niche technology recruitment.

- Proven team handling and client handling experience.

- Experience in leadership hiring and managing multiple mandates.

- Solid communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and target-oriented approach.
