Mission of the Role To oversee and optimize agri-business operations by delivering protected, compliant, efficient, and customer-focused services that support Cotecna's strategic and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensuring seamless execution of agri-inspection and certification activities.
- Managing operational teams, surveyors, and field resources effectively.
- Maintaining compliance with customer requirements, industry standards,



and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitoring service quality, turnaround times, and operational performance.
- Optimizing operational costs and resource utilization.
- Supporting business growth through excellent customer service and stakeholder management.
- Driving continuous improvement, safety, and risk management initiatives.

Qualifications, Experience And Technical Skills

- Minimum 20 years’ experience in rice/ agri commodities inspection/operations; Qualification: Graduate.
