We’re Hiring – Assistant Manager Operations (AMO) for Westside brand
**Location: Dehradun
Salary: Up to 48K-52K
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations and daily business activities
- Drive sales and achieve store targets
- Lead, motivate & manage the store team
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory, VM & operational standards
- Handle store MIS, audits and compliance
Candidate Profile:
- 3–7 years of experience in Apparel / Fashion Retail
- Solid store operations & team-handling experience
- Good knowledge of sales, KPIs & inventory management
