Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – MIS & EDP with relevant experience in the automobile industry, preferably with automobile dealership experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing MIS reporting, data analysis, DMS/CRM systems, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Manage and analyze dealership data and performance reports.

Handle DMS and CRM systems effectively.

Prepare dashboards and reports using advanced Excel.

Ensure accuracy and timely submission of MIS reports.

Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate data.

Identify data discrepancies and provide necessary reports to management.





Maintain and manage EDP/MIS-related records and databases.

Requirements

4–5 years of relevant experience in MIS & EDP.

Automobile dealership experience is preferred.

Strong hands-on experience with DMS and CRM systems.

Advanced Excel and strong MIS reporting skills.

Ability to independently handle MIS and reporting activities.

Positive analytical and communication skills.

B.Com / M.Com qualification.

MBA is not required.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Important
