Experience - 2- 4 Years

Roles and Responsibilities

Drive day-to-day service operations across the zone

Resolve field-level service issues and escalations

Manage & improve service partner performance and TAT

Identify service gaps and drive corrective actions

Ensure availability of spares and service infrastructure

Spend time in the market to understand issues and solve them at source

Work closely with Sales & Service teams to improve customer experience
