Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across levels for Sales, Corporate and Plant functions.
- Partner with HODs and business leaders to understand manpower requirements, job specifications and hiring priorities.
- Build strong talent pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, consultants and other sourcing channels.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer negotiation and joining follow-up.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining focus on quality, cost and candidate experience.
- Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, job fairs and other TA initiatives.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment with Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Candidates from FMCG, Agro Chemicals, Agri Inputs, Food Processing,



Agriculture or related industries will be preferred.
