Position 1 Qualified CA | Manufacturing Unit

Location: Ambernath

- 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Candidates residing on the Central Line and comfortable commuting to Ambernath are preferred.

Position 2 Qualified CA | Distribution Business Location: Andheri, Mumbai

- 23 years of post-qualification experience

Role Overview

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 23 years of post-qualification experience, having hands-on exposure to IPO-related activities, investments, financial analysis, and corporate finance. The candidate should have strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge along with an understanding of capital markets and investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and review financial accounting, reporting, and MIS activities.
- Support and coordinate IPO-related activities, including preparation and review of financial information and documentation.
- Work closely with auditors, consultants, merchant bankers, and other external stakeholders during IPO processes.
- Assist in due diligence,



financial analysis, and data preparation required for IPO and other corporate transactions.
- Monitor and analyze the company's investments, securities, and financial instruments.
- Evaluate investment opportunities through financial and business analysis.
- Prepare financial models, investment analysis, management reports, and presentations.
- Support fund raising, corporate finance, and strategic financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other relevant statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accurate and timely financial data and documentation.
- Assist management with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Handle other finance and investment-related projects as assigned by management.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- 23 years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior exposure to IPO / capital markets / investment activities is preferred.
- Experience in financial due diligence, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Good understanding of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and accounting standards.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
