Assistant Manager Clinical Transformation/Product Implementation

We are looking for a agile and self-motivated professional with hands-on experience in EMR and clinical/functional implementations across multispecialty hospitals. The role involves end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to user training, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, and be open to extensive travel.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Hands-on experience in EMR, Clinical/Functional implementations across multispecialty hospitals.
2. Drive end-to-end implementation of the product, starting from requirement gathering, workflow understanding and configuration to UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Understand and map clinical/functional workflows and work closely with hospital stakeholders to identify gaps and requirements.
4. Coordinate with internal Product and Technology teams for functional requirements, issue resolution, testing, and product enhancements.
5. Provide user training and implementation support to doctors, nurses, hospital staff, and other users.
6. Ensure successful execution of project milestones and obtain UAT, go-live, and other required sign-offs as per the project plan.
7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and effectively coordinate with clinical, functional, technical, and hospital stakeholders.
8. Should be open to extensive travel to client/hospital locations as required.
