What you’ll be responsible for

As a Client Servicing Manager, you will act as an important bridge between our clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients.
- Understanding client businesses, brands, objectives and ongoing marketing requirements.
- Taking detailed briefs and translating them into clear actionable requirements for creative, strategy, digital, production and execution teams.
- Preparing proposals, presentations, campaign plans, estimates, timelines and project documentation.
- Coordinating internally to ensure projects move according to agreed timelines and deliverables.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Brainstorming and contributing ideas for campaigns, activations, events and brand initiatives.
- Reviewing creative and communication outputs before they are presented to clients.
- Coordinating with production partners, vendors and other external stakeholders whenever required.
- Tracking project costs, estimates, approvals, POs and billing in coordination with internal teams.
- Attending client meetings, presentations, events and on-ground executions.
- Identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and expand the scope of work.

Who we’re looking for You could be a good fit if you have 0–3 years of experience in an advertising, integrated marketing, experiential, digital,



events or communications agency and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment.

You should ideally have

- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to understand briefs beyond their surface-level requirements.
- Strong coordination and project-management abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of Canva/ PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of branding, creative, digital marketing, events and integrated campaigns..
- The ability to manage deadlines and multiple stakeholders without losing sight of details.
- A problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership.
- The confidence to communicate professionally with clients while working collaboratively with internal teams.
