About the Role

Shadowfax is looking for an Assistant Manager B2C Sales to drive business growth through B2C corporate and enterprise clients. The role will focus on new client acquisition, business development, client onboarding,

revenue growth and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

Drive B2C, Corporate and Enterprise Sales for Shadowfax's logistics and delivery solutions.

Identify and acquire new corporate and enterprise clients.

Generate leads through prospecting, market mapping, referrals and other channels.

Handle the complete client acquisition and onboarding lifecycle.

Understand client requirements and propose suitable logistics/e-commerce solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Drive new business development and achieve assigned revenue targets.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and revenue growth.

¢

Develop strategies to improve client retention and long-term business relationships.

¢

Coordinate with operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track leads, conversions and revenue.

Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in B2C Sales, Corporate Sales, Enterprise Sales or Business Development.

¢

Experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, SaaS, Fintech or other B2C businesses will be preferred.

¢

Strong experience in client acquisition and new business development.

¢

Experience managing corporate/enterprise clients.

¢

Good understanding of client onboarding, retention and revenue growth.

¢

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

¢

Target-driven with good business and commercial acumen.

¢

Ability to manage multiple clients and sales opportunities simultaneously.
