Role Summary:

We are seeking a energetic, self-motivated Sales Executive to lead outreach and sales for
Eyefit.ai’s portfolio of preventive eye care services and products. The candidate will be
responsible for driving partnerships and revenue growth through direct engagement with:

✅ Corporate Offices & IT Parks
✅ Optical Stores & Eye Clinics
✅ Diagnostic Chains & Labs
✅ Hospitals & Medical Centres

The role involves on-field visits, pitching, relationship building, deal closures, and post-
sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and map potential business partners across your assigned geography.




✅ Conduct on-field visits daily to pitch Eyefit’s offerings:
• Computer Vision Syndrome & Dry Eye Management Packages
• AI-powered Retina Photography & Screening Services
• Corporate Eye Wellness Solutions

✅ Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers (HR Heads, Doctors, Store
Owners, CXOs).
✅ Present compelling proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
✅ Take full ownership of driving revenue and closing deals. Meet and exceed monthly targets for partnerships and revenue.
✅ Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams for partner onboarding and
service delivery.
✅ Maintain detailed records of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
✅ 2-5 years experience in B2B sales (preferred sectors: healthcare, diagnostics,
corporate wellness, ed-tech, pharma, medical devices).
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
