Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise-scale software development and modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across modern application architectures, Agile delivery practices, and end-to-end software development lifecycle management.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, development teams, QA, and DevOps professionals to successfully deliver technically complex projects. The candidate should have a strong understanding of software engineering principles, project governance, risk management, and enterprise application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technically complex software development projects.
• Translate business requirements into actionable features, user stories, technical specifications, and delivery plans.
• Manage project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, technical leads, developers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, release schedules, and delivery status reporting.
• Ensure alignment between requirements, architecture, development, testing, and deployment activities.
