Huawei OCS Support Analyst

Required Technical Skill Set
Good experience in telecom charging/billing with Huawei OCS.

Location of Requirement
Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Bhubaneswar

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Roles and responsibilities
(L2/L3 Support)
• Analyze logs/traces, resolve incidents, and coordinate with vendor teams.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot faults and resolve issues related to charging and rating processes.
• Handle customer complaints, support on-call, and develop SOPs.
• Deep technical troubleshooting and code-level analysis for problem resolution for complex issues.

Must and Good to have
• Valuable experience in telecom charging/billing with Huawei OCS.
• Expertise in charging architectures, convergent billing, IN platforms, and service integration
