• Project Monitoring & Operational Controlling
• Financial Reporting: Ensure reporting consistency across operations, fabrication, sourcing, and participating entities for Financial Project Review validation.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and report the cash flow of the contract and manage foreign exchange exposures.
• Site Forecasting: Build site forecasts based on the individual project projections.
• Revenue & Margin Protection: Provide early warnings for probable Gross Margin variations and ensure robust documentation for Non-Agreed Variation Orders.
• Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic business partner to support the project team in managing contracts with support functions, banks, and financial institutions.
• Cash Optimization: Optimize "cash-in" and "cash-out" by analyzing contract billing milestones and identifying optimal interpretation options with the Contract Manager.
• Negotiation Support:



Contribute to the negotiation of variation orders, including internal costing and customer pricing.
• Performance Analysis: Perform analysis on actuals, targets, and forecasts to ensure achievement of project objectives and propose action plans to improve financial positions.
• Bonds & Guarantees: Manage performance bonds and guarantees in coordination with the Treasury Team.
• Risk & Chance Reporting: Properly report risks, savings, and opportunities within project financials.
• Rule Guardianship: Ensure project reviews are held in accordance with procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.
• Standard Development: Implement and further develop global standards for project controlling within the region to facilitate transparency and accountability.
