About the Role
As HR Operations, you will own the systems and processes that keep the employee lifecycle accurate, compliant, and employee-friendly across the India entity and supported portfolio companies.



You will manage onboarding and exits, coordinate payroll inputs and benefits, maintain HRIS data, and respond to employee questions across teams and time zones. Your work will reduce operational risk, improve employee experience, and give leadership dependable people data for decisions. You will also strengthen policies, SOPs, reporting, and workflows so HR services scale effectively in a remote-first, multi-entity workplace. Success means employees receive timely support, payroll and records remain accurate, statutory obligations are met, and HR processes are continuously improved.
