Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the healthcare, institutional, and office interior segments.



The Business Development Executive will conduct client meetings, present solutions, prepare proposals, and support contract negotiations to drive revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing accounts, coordinating with the design and project teams to align client expectations, and tracking market trends and competitors. The role also requires regular reporting on sales activities, meeting defined targets, and representing Trance Interiors at events or client visits as needed.
