We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Lead Recruitment skilled who gets it. Someone who understands the AI revolution isn't coming—it's here. You'll own talent acquisition for our Data Science, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI teams, scaling our engineering capacity while maintaining hiring excellence.

What You'll Own
Data Science & ML Talent Acquisition
• Build and scale pipelines for Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Analytics roles across all seniority levels




• Own the entire recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing on GitHub, Kaggle, and academic channels to closing offers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define competency frameworks for evolving DS role

Agentic AI & LLM Engineering Recruitment
• Scout and hire for cutting-edge roles: LLM Engineers, Prompt Engineers, AI Researchers, Autonomous Systems Specialists
• Build relationships with niche communities in the AI/ML ecosystem (Discord communities, research labs, open-source contributors)
• Create recruitment strategies for emerging tech roles that don't yet have standard job descriptions

Employer Brand & Market Positioning
• Shape and amplify our employer brand—use content, events, and thought leadership to attract top talent
• Partner with marketing to build recruitment campaigns, job content, and employer narrative
• Position us as the destination for AI talent in India
