• Client has implemented a new application in the live environment and is currently testing it; however, it is less efficient than the previous version in terms of transaction time.



The client has requested the addition of two CL12 due to delivery challenges. All payroll metrics are green, as Chennai is an ancillary service. Cost center and related metrics are not available.
• Client has implemented a recent application in the live environment and is currently testing it; however, it is less efficient than the previous version in terms of transaction time. • Manage OTC collection disputes such as debt collection, reporting on aged debt, dunning process, bad debt provisioning etc.
• Perform Cash Reconciliations and follow up for missing remittances, prepare refund package with accuracy and supply to clients, record all collections activities in a consistent manner as per client process (tool), delivery of process
