As part of our Shared Platforms division, we provide centralized infrastructure, software, and services that drive operational efficiency, foster collaboration, and accelerate innovation across all business areas and partners.




Within the Shared Automation and Integration Platforms section, we are seeking a Head of Unit to establish and lead the IT Automation Team, which is responsible for platforms such as JIRA, MS Power Platform, Celonis, and SAP Signavio. In this role, you will define and drive the transformation roadmap for IT automation while leading the hands-on build-out of scalable automation and integration solutions across the group.

Your responsibilities:
• Hire, manage and develop a team of Product Owners, Developers and Experts in India and Europe.
• Lead, mentor and motivate people to achieve the highest quality and standardization in the implementation of IT Automation for DBG. Evaluate employee’s performance.
