Own Zyris's entire commercial engine as a core member of the leadership team, from developer adoption of our APIs to high-value enterprise contracts.

About The Role

As our VP of Growth, you will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, bridging product-led growth (developer adoption of our APIs and playground) with enterprise sales-led growth (high-value contracts with major OTT, media, and security players). We're looking for a proven leader who has scaled deep-tech, AI infrastructure, or developer-tooling startups from early revenue to hyper-growth. You don't just run playbooks, you write them, build world-class teams, and align product, marketing, and sales around explosive ARR growth.

What you'll do

• Executive GTM leadership: design and execute the global go-to-market strategy across Media & Entertainment, OTT/Gaming, Enterprise SaaS, and Security.
• Scale the growth and sales engine: build, mentor,



and lead high-performing teams across growth marketing, developer relations, outbound sales, and customer success.
• Hybrid PLG + enterprise motion: optimize the developer-led funnel (self-serve sign-ups, API key adoption, playground engagement) while building a repeatable enterprise motion for high-ticket multimodal video AI deployments.
• Positioning and technical brand building: establish Zyris as the definitive standard for video intelligence, leveraging performance benchmarks such as Mavo Omni's temporal grounding and reasoning metrics.
• Revenue and metrics ownership: own top-line growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, API-to-paid conversion, pipeline velocity, and ARR targets.
• Cross-functional executive alignment: serve as the link between market demand and the product roadmap, working directly with engineering and AI research to turn customer insights into feature velocity.
