We are looking for a Sponsorship Marketing Executive who can identify brands, build relationships, develop sponsorship opportunities, and convert them into successful partnerships.
• The role involves working closely with our events, brand activations and IPs, creating customized sponsorship proposals and taking ownership of the sponsorship sales process—from prospecting to closing and execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Sponsorship Sales & Business Development
• Identify potential sponsors and brand partners across relevant industries.
• Research companies, understand their marketing objectives and identify partnership opportunities.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and industry connections.
• Pitch sponsorship opportunities to brands and decision-makers.
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables and partnership terms.
• Follow up consistently and convert leads into confirmed sponsorships.

2. Proposal & Pitch Development
• Prepare customized sponsorship proposals and presentations.
• Develop creative partnership ideas based on a brand's objectives.




• Create sponsorship packages, inventories and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with the creative and event teams to develop compelling brand integration ideas.

3. Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands, agencies and corporate decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and ensure promised sponsorship deliverables are aligned.
• Maintain regular communication before, during and after events.

4. Event & Activation Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sponsor commitments are delivered.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits and event-day execution.
• Identify opportunities for additional brand visibility and upselling.

What We're Looking For• 1–3 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, advertising, media sales, event sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
