Role Description The Industrial Automation Trainer will deliver classroom and lab-based training on industrial automation technologies to learners at various skill levels. This full-time,



on-site role is located in Baleswar and involves preparing lesson plans, training materials, and demonstrations using PLCs, SCADA systems, HMIs, drives, and related tools. The trainer will conduct practical sessions, guide participants through real-time industrial projects, and assess learner performance through assignments, tests, and evaluations. Responsibilities include updating course content to align with current industry standards, maintaining training equipment, and providing technical guidance and mentoring to learners.
