Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Visa Executive to manage the end-to-end visa application process. The role involves ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with immigration regulations, and timely submission of visa applications to embassies and consulates.

The ideal candidate should have robust organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple applications while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:





• ​Documentation & Processing: Review, verify, and prepare visa application forms and supporting documents for accuracy and to ensure they meet the latest regulatory standards. Fill out complex online application forms and schedule biometric/interview appointments at visa application centers.
• Client Guidance: Advise clients on visa requirements, regulations, and procedures for different countries.
• Liaison: Coordinate with consulates and embassies to resolve queries as well as VACs, track delayed applications, and stay updated on ever-changing immigration laws.
• Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing visa application rules and ensure all processes meet regulatory standards.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all applications, correspondence, and client data or corporate stakeholders.
• Issue Resolution: Handle client queries, troubleshoot delays,
