We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of experience in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and ICT (Information & Communication Technology) solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
• Drive recent client acquisition by identifying, approaching, and converting potential customers in the ELV and ICT sectors.
• Lead project acquisition activities from initial opportunity identification through enquiry, proposal, negotiation, and order closure.
• Identify upcoming ELV & ICT projects through market research, consultants, contractors, developers, end users, and industry networks.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, consultants, architects, contractors, system integrators, and project stakeholders.
• Generate qualified leads and build a healthy project pipeline to achieve business development and revenue targets.
• Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements, budgets, timelines, and technical expectations.




• Coordinate with the estimation and technical teams to prepare suitable technical and commercial proposals.
• Follow up on quotations, tenders, negotiations, and commercial discussions until successful order closure.
• Develop strategies to enter new accounts, industries, and market segments and increase the company's customer base.
• Monitor project status, competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, quotations, and project acquisition status in the CRM/sales pipeline.
• Support smooth handover of secured projects to the project execution team after order confirmation.
• Achieve agreed new client acquisition, project acquisition, order booking, and revenue targets.
