Job Summary:
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to support Global Finance Transformation within the Controllership / Record-to-Report (RTR) function at ADM’s Global Capability Center (GCC) in India.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of finance and cross-functional strategic and global projects,
ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely delivery of key outcomes. This role involves reviewing project progress, identifying risks, driving accountability, and collaborating with stakeholders across various levels of the organization to achieve project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create project charters, establish governance frameworks, identify and monitor project milestones, and highlight risks with clear mitigation plans.
• Ensure timely reporting of project progress to key stakeholders, including executive-level updates and dashboard preparation.
• Track project budgets and business cases, ensuring that budget and ROI commitments are achieved.
• Ensure adherence to ADM standards across all deliverables and maintain solid documentation discipline across project artifacts.
• Create comprehensive and detailed project roadmaps and define RACI for each deliverable to ensure
