Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Contracts Specialist / Contract Manager with a solid background in US IT staffing and contract management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing client contracts, consultant agreements, and vendor contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable US contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage client contracts, vendor agreements, and consultant contracts.
• Handle Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and other contractual documents.
• Manage contracts related to US IT staffing, including client requirements, consultant placements, and vendor partnerships.




• Review contract terms and conditions, including payment terms, billing rates, termination clauses, indemnification, and liability provisions.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, HR, recruitment, finance, and legal teams.
• Track contract renewals, extensions, amendments, and expiration dates.
• Ensure timely execution of contracts and maintain accurate contract documentation.
• Review and resolve contractual discrepancies, compliance issues, and payment-related concerns.
• Maintain contract databases, trackers, and documentation for audits and internal reporting.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable US laws, client requirements, and company policies.
• Support onboarding activities by coordinating the collection and execution of required contractual documents.
• Follow up with clients and vendors for pending agreements, signatures, amendments, and renewals.
