We are looking for an MIS qualified responsible for maintaining accurate business data, preparing periodic MIS reports, analysing costs and operational performance, and providing timely insights to the Business Head and Finance team.
The role will involve close coordination with various internal stakeholders and Head Office teams to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, effective cost monitoring, and smooth execution of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. MIS & Data Management
• Maintain and consolidate business, operational, financial and employee-related data from various teams and sources.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording, updating and validation of data in MIS files and business trackers.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as required by the Business Head and Finance team.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across different reports, trackers and databases.
• Maintain a structured repository of business records, supporting documents and reports for easy retrieval and reference.
• Identify gaps, discrepancies or missing information in data and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely correction.
