About the RoleTrilogy India is looking for a mid-level Project Coordinator / Technical Project Manager to help lead multiple software-development projects and coordinate the work of developers across our India and US teams.
This is not a role for someone whose primary skill is updating spreadsheets and scheduling meetings. We need someone who can take ownership of delivery, keep developers moving, identify blockers, drive work to completion, and communicate clearly with Trilogy NextGen leadership in the US.
Just as importantly, we want someone with good judgment.
We do not want a project manager who blindly drives a team toward the wrong deliverable simply because it was written in a ticket. The right person knows when to move independently and when to stop, recognize ambiguity,



and ask the right question before the team spends days building the wrong thing.
What You'll Do• Coordinate multiple software-development projects and workstreams simultaneously.
• Manage day-to-day delivery across several developers and technical resources.
• Translate business objectives and discussions into transparent tasks, priorities, milestones, and expected outcomes.
• Drive assigned work through to actual completion, not simply status reporting.
• Track commitments, dependencies, blockers, risks, and delivery dates.
• Follow up proactively with team members and ensure commitments do not disappear between meetings.
• Conduct regular project and developer check-ins without creating unnecessary process or meetings.
• Work directly with Trilogy NextGen's US leadership and technical teams to clarify priorities and requirements.
