Job SummaryPiccolo Forno (IG Handle: www.instagram.com/piccoloforno.in) is seeking a passionate, skilled, and guest-focused Barista to join our team in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining consistency, presentation, speed, and cleanliness at the beverage station. The role requires a solid understanding of coffee preparation, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in creating an exceptional beverage experience for every guest.
The Barista will work closely with the Restaurant Manager, Captain, and service team to ensure smooth beverage operations and consistently high standards.

Key Responsibilities

COFFEE PREPARATION AND BEVERAGE SERVICE
• Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages including Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, Flat White, Piccolo, Cortado, Macchiato, Mocha, Spanish Latte, and other menu beverages.
• Prepare hot and iced beverages according to Piccolo Forno's recipes and established standards.
• Ensure consistency in coffee strength, extraction, milk texture,



temperature, flavour, and presentation.
• Follow standardized recipes, measurements, and preparation procedures for all beverages.
• Prepare specialty beverages, seasonal drinks, cold beverages, and other drinks included on the menu.
• Ensure all beverages are presented attractively and served at the appropriate temperature.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during peak service periods without compromising quality.

COFFEE QUALITY AND EQUIPMENT
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewing equipment, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely and correctly.
• Dial in espresso regularly and adjust grind size, dose, yield, and extraction time as required.
• Monitor coffee quality throughout the day and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain proper milk steaming and texturing techniques.
• Ensure coffee beans and other ingredients are stored correctly to preserve freshness.
