Your Role

As a Specialist at StayVista,



you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end learning journey of new joiners in the Sales team — from onboarding and classroom training to OJT, coaching, performance tracking, certification, and final handover to Operations.

About You

• Conduct sales induction, product, process, system, and customer-handling training.
• Plan and deliver OJT, mock calls, call listening, coaching, and assessments.
• Create and manage LMS content, role plays, case studies, and refresher modules.
• Track new-joiner performance and identify training gaps.
• Conduct final assessments and certify new joiners for Operations handover.
• Continuously improve training programs based on performance and business feedback.
• Share training and performance updates with Sales and Operations teams.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Training, L&D;, Quality, or Coaching.
• Solid communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good understanding of sales and customer handling.
