Hiring: eFuse/SRAM Design Methodology Consultant
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
We are looking for a skilled skilled with experience in eFuse/SRAM design methodology, SPICE simulations, automation, and characterization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform and support large-scale SPICE simulations for eFuse/SRAM development.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance simulation methodologies, automation flows, and characterization infrastructure.
• Drive design productivity improvements through scripting, flow optimization, and tool automation.
• Collaborate with design engineers to improve verification coverage and reduce development cycle time.
• Contribute to methodology standardization and best practices across memory IP projects.
Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of SPICE simulation environments and custom circuit validation.
• Experience with eFuse, SRAM, or other memory/compiler-based IPs.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell for flow automation.
• Familiarity with characterization, data analysis, and regression methodologies.
