We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – Revenue & Sales

Echor Hotels & Resorts is looking for an experienced and commercially driven skilled to join our growing hotel chain.

This role will focus on managing central reservations, revenue performance, group sales and business growth across our portfolio of properties.We are looking for someone who can combine revenue strategy, sales execution and team management to drive business performance across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:-

? Revenue Management

• Monitor property-wise occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, room availability and revenue performance.
• Develop pricing and rate strategies based on demand, seasonality and market trends.
• Analyse booking patterns, cancellations and revenue opportunities to improve profitability.
• Coordinate with properties on inventory, rates and peak-season strategies.

? Reservations Management

• Oversee central reservations, enquiry handling, follow-ups and booking conversions.
• Monitor reservation performance, call quality and guest communication standards.




• Ensure accurate communication of tariffs, room categories, availability and property policies.
• Streamline reservation processes and improve conversion rates.

? Group Sales & Business Development

• Drive group bookings, corporate business, B2B partnerships and sales opportunities.
• Develop strategies to increase group revenue and overall business across properties.
• Handle key group enquiries and coordinate from enquiry to confirmation.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and business partners.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to business expansion.

• Lead, guide and monitor the reservations team to achieve conversion and revenue targets.
