Companies across professional services, accounting, legal, healthcare, and financial services run their operations on Moxo, and our customers include names like Citibank, Savills, FIS, and Procore. Our co-founder and CEO, Subrah Iyar, previously co-founded WebEx.

Today we're building the next generation of the platform: workflows that run across people, AI agents, and systems together, with humans staying accountable for the decisions that matter. It's a genuinely evolving space, and the people who join us now get to help shape where it goes.

The Prospect
We're looking for a Customer Success Associate or Manager to own a portfolio of US-based clients and be the person who turns Moxo into something that works for each of them. You'll take clients live, drive adoption, and keep those relationships healthy as they grow.





Because this is a scaled book, the work is as much about building as managing: you'll be turning recurring, messy client problems into repeatable systems, standardizing how Moxo gets deployed, and seeing up close how a wide range of organizations actually run.

What You'll Do

Clients come to Moxo with a problem that's specific to their industry and shaped by the way they've always worked. Your job is to make it run on Moxo:

• Get to the bottom of what a client actually needs, which is rarely the same as what they first ask for, and work out how it should translate onto the platform.
• Architect and build their workflows in Moxo, configured to the realities of how their business operates, not a template.
• Take them live and drive genuine adoption across their team, not just a successful handoff.
• Own the health of your accounts over time: read where an account is heading, catch risk before it surfaces, and
