Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Sales Development Representative to run Account-Based Marketing against a short, deliberate list of dream accounts — not to work a volume list of small, easy wins. This means deep account research, multi-threading a target company, and outreach built around that specific account, not templated sequences. That's 90% of the role, not a skill to pick up on the job.
You'll work from a target list of roughly 50–100 accounts, defined jointly with the Head of Sales,



and grind long enterprise cycles — sometimes months on a single account with no guaranteed payoff — because the payoff is big when it lands. Always-on email sequencing and automation run in the background as part of the role, but they're secondary: not what you're measured on or where most of your time goes.
This is a developmental hire. We're looking for someone coachable and ambitious who could grow into a future Head of Sales, not just fill a seat.
