e-Commet is a UK-based Amazon growth agency working with brands across the US, UK, EU and Canadian marketplaces. We are a small, fast-moving team, which means your work will be seen, your ideas will be heard, and you will grow quickly.

The role:
We are looking for a Junior Amazon Account Manager to help manage a portfolio of client brands day to day. As you develop, you will become the person clients see and speak to, so strong communication matters as much as technical skill.

You will split your time between these areas.

Advertising:
• Build, manage and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns
• Run search term harvesting, negative keyword management and bid optimisation against TACoS and ACoS targets
• Analyse performance and turn the numbers into clear actions

Listings:
• Write and optimise titles, bullet points, descriptions and backend search terms
• Carry out keyword research and competitor analysis
• Plan and brief A+ Content and Brand Store improvements

Creative:




• Learn and use our internal AI-driven process for creating listing images and A+ Content
• Produce and brief creative that is accurate, compliant and built to convert
• Review final images against the listing strategy before they go live

Client management
• Support and progressively lead weekly and monthly client calls
• Write concise reports and updates that clients actually read
• Spot growth opportunities and bring them to clients proactively

What we are looking for:
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
• Practical experience running Amazon PPC campaigns, with results you can talk us through
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to speak with brand owners and marketing directors
• A commercial mindset: you understand that profit matters more than revenue
• Solid attention to detail and the ability to manage several accounts at once
