We are looking for exceptional programmers to join our Human Capital Development (HC Dev) team based out of Gurugram, Hyderabad or Bengaluru, which is rebuilding its core infrastructure and applications to enhance efficiency, enable data-driven decision-making, and deliver next-generation analytics capabilities. WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

In this role you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality web applications and supporting infrastructure by working closely with business and product managers. You will work on a range of back-end and front-end technologies including Java, Spring, TypeScript, React, and SQL Server, while participating actively in design and code reviews. You will remain hands-on in design and development while guiding the team in engineering best practices. You will also troubleshoot business-critical issues, solve complex technical challenges, and mentor junior team members on both technology and domain aspect
