Designation: Manager – Creative Content and Design
Location: Bengaluru

Content strategy & Social Media
• Develop content for corporate social media platforms - Meta, Youtube and LinkedIn.
• Create content calendars and translate corporate stories into engaging social-first formats.
• Conceptualise and write posts, campaigns, employee stories, leadership content, infographics and short-form content.
• Identify opportunities to make corporate communication more relevant, visual and engaging for AISATS social media platforms
• Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging and visual identity across platforms.

Corporate Communications
• Support on-ground activities across South market where AISATS has presence including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Trivandrum and Kochi
• Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders to build consistent corporate narratives and executive visibility.

Creative & Visual Content
• Design social media creatives, corporate communication assets, internal communication materials and digital content.
• Independently conceptualise,



structure and design high-quality corporate presentations and communication decks.
• Develop leadership presentations, business updates, corporate profiles, campaign decks, pitch presentations and internal communication decks.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, imagery and basic design principles.

Internal Communications
• Develop communication for employees around business updates, organisational initiatives, culture, leadership and key milestones.
• Create visually engaging newsletters, town-hall presentations, employee campaigns and internal communication assets.
• Support the Corporate Team on all on-ground events in Bengaluru and other key locations in

Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with senior leadership, business heads, HR, marketing and other internal stakeholders.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into communication solutions.
