Ensure daily delivery targets, TAT, SLA, and operational KPIs are achieved. Manage and coordinate with delivery riders and hub manpower . Monitor rider availability, absenteeism, backup requirements, and manpower planning . Handle customer delivery issues, escalations, and operational challenges .
