Position-Assistant HR Manager

Industry:Automotive Dealership / Retail Automotive

Experience-Relevant experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations, preferably in Automobile, Retail, or Manufacturing

Manage end-to-end HR operations for the dealership.

Handle end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning across Sales, Service, and Administration departments.

Candidate Profile

Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in HR, Personnel Management, or a related field.

Proven hands-on experience as an HR Generalist .

Candidates from the Automobile, Retail, Manufacturing, or Dealership sector will be preferred.

Solid practical knowledge of PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory compliances.

Good understanding of applicable Labour Codes and HR compliance requirements.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Experience with HRMS/HR & Payroll software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

- PF,ESI, Statutory Compliance: 2 years (Preferred)
- Recruitment: 1 year (Preferred)
- Payroll processing: 2 years (Preferred)
