Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end retail operations across multiple stores/regions.

- Ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and operational KPIs.

- Lead and develop Cluster Managers, Store Managers, and frontline teams.

- Monitor customer experience, visual merchandising, inventory, and compliance standards.

- Manage P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and expansion.

- Implement operational excellence programs to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-15+ years of experience in Retail Operations

- Robust exposure to multi-store/cluster/regional operations

- Experience in Beauty, Jewellery, Cosmetics, Perfumes, Home Dcor, Fashion, or Lifestyle Retail

- Proven track record in team leadership, business growth, and operational excellence

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
