Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead housekeeping operations with a solid focus on quality, team ownership, and disciplined execution, ensuring consistently high standards across all properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Excellence
- Own end-to-end housekeeping operations; implement rosters, checklists, and workflows; uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

- Quality &

- Audits
- Drive audits and inspections; identify gaps and ensure timely corrective actions; maintain consistent quality benchmarks

- People Leadership

- Build and lead teams; drive role clarity, discipline, and ownership; plan manpower as per operational needs

- Training





- Lead onboarding and continuous training; ensure adherence to SOPs and service standards

- Inventory &
- Cost

- Manage inventory and procurement; drive cost efficiency and minimize wastage

- Customer Experience

- Resolve complaints with urgency; ensure effective service recovery and high satisfaction

- Governance &
- Reporting

- Maintain accurate records and reports; track performance via audits and KPIs; ensure process compliance

Eligibility &

- Skills

- 7–10 years in housekeeping operations, with 3+ years in a managerial role
- Process-driven with high ownership and attention to detail
