ASSEMBLY RESOURCE MANAGER (ARM) – PUNJAB

Salary: ₹21,000 per month

- ₹18,000 fixed salary
- ₹3,000 fuel compensation

Votewave Consultancy is conducting bumper hiring for Assembly Resource Managers across Punjab. We are looking for energetic, locally aware, and field-ready candidates who can build strong community connections and gather on-ground insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct fieldwork within the assigned Assembly Constituency.
- Build and coordinate local volunteer and community networks.
- Gather public feedback, local issues, and ground-level insights.
- Identify local influencers and key community members.
- Support WhatsApp network expansion and communication activities.
- Track local developments and submit daily activity reports.
- Travel extensively within the assigned constituency.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the local area and community.
- Own bike is mandatory.
- Smartphone required.
- Good communication and people-handling skills.
- Comfortable with field-based work and local travel.
- Punjabi and Hindi are compulsory; English is optional.
- Local candidates are preferred.
