- Local Procurement Duties


- Identify and source components, hardware, tools, and consumables from local markets/vendors as per production and assembly requirements.


- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and ensure quality standards are met.


- Maintain updated records of purchases, delivery timelines, vendor contacts, and inventory status.


- Coordinate with the inventory/store team to avoid overstock or shortages.


- Collect quotations and prepare comparative statements.


- Follow up on urgent or delayed items to ensure uninterrupted assembly schedules.

- Production Assembly Duties:


- Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions for assembling Odor Control Units (OCUs).






- Assemble blowers, fibre vessels, sensors, valves, ducting parts, activated carbon beds, and other components.


- Perform basic electrical and instrumentation connections including wiring, cable termination, and sensor fitting.


- Conduct functional checks before dispatch and assist in pre-dispatch inspections.


- Maintain tools and assembly area cleanliness and follow safety and quality procedures.


- Coordinate with the production and QA/QC team for work completion and feedback.
