Who we are:

Blur Candy is an AI native content studio in Current Delhi. We make cinematic product photography and video ads for Indian brands across jewellery, fashion, kidswear, beauty and consumer goods, without a single physical shoot. To us, AI is a production medium that needs a director, not a vending machine.

Requirments:

You can tell AI platforms and tools apart and know which one to reach for on which job. You have a sharp eye for storytelling and marketing. You know how viral content works, and you know how to design it instead of hoping for it.

What you bring

1. Comfort with Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2 and its variants, and Seedream 5.0
2. Video skills across Seedance 2 and 2.5, Kling 3.0, MiniMax and Flux video
3. A working grasp of how a cinematic AI production pipeline runs, from idea to final cut
4. Daily use of Claude and GPT, plus basic knowledge of connectors and MCP
5. A big plus: Higgsfield experience, including HF Soul,

HF Cinema, HF Marketing Studio and the rest of its in house models

How you work:

1. You get the shot in one or two tries, not fifteen. We want a skilled driver who gets better every day, not someone who cannot parallel park.
2. You bring vision, empathy and a human touch to everything you make. Soulless slop gets rejected here.

3 You spot patterns early, and a taste for creative risk is a big plus.

What you get:

1)Access to the top generative AI models in the world through our Higgsfield plan

1. Claude or GPT, your preference
2. Skills files and resources worth over ₹1.5 lakh
3. Zero credit costs out of your own pocket
