About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer with strong experience in AI API integration, backend development, automation, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building AI-powered applications from end to end, including frontend interfaces, backend services, third-party integrations, background processing, payment systems, and cloud deployment.

You will be responsible for developing scalable AI-driven products that integrate multiple AI models and external APIs while ensuring reliability, security, and efficient usage of AI resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-powered web applications and SaaS platforms.
- Integrate AI APIs such as Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini, and similar LLM platforms.
- Build structured AI workflows with JSON-based outputs, prompt handling, validation, and error management.
- Implement tracking and optimization of AI API usage, costs, credits, and token consumption.
- Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js / Next.js and TypeScript.
- Build calendar-based interfaces, dashboards, forms, and responsive UI components.
- Develop backend services using Node.js (NestJS) or Python (FastAPI).
- Design and implement secure REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
- Work with PostgreSQL, including multi-tenant database architecture and data management.
- Implement background jobs, queues, schedulers, retries, and failure handling using Redis, BullMQ, Celery, or similar technologies.
- Design reliable workflows that prevent duplicate processing or duplicate posts.




- Integrate third-party platforms using OAuth 2.0 and relevant social/media or external APIs.
- Implement Stripe subscription and payment integrations.
- Containerize applications using Docker and support deployment on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and release management.
- Implement basic application monitoring, logging, and error tracking.
- Follow security best practices, including encrypted token storage, secrets management, API security, and secure authentication.
- Collaborate with product, development, and other teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AI & LLMs

- Experience integrating OpenAI/ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI APIs.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and structured/JSON outputs.
- Experience with AI API usage, token/credit tracking, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of professional experience in AI engineering, software development, backend development, or a closely related role.
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying production-ready applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred / Valuable to Have
- Experience building AI-powered SaaS products.
- Experience with multiple LLM providers and model switching/fallback mechanisms.
- Experience with social media publishing APIs or content automation platforms.
- Knowledge of LLM observability, evaluation, and cost optimization.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, or ECS.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions or other CI/CD tools.
- Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
