The Manager - Talent Acquisition will lead and drive the organization's recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and hiring operations across multiple business functions and geographies. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder engagement, talent pipeline development, employer branding initiatives, recruitment analytics, and process governance.
The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders to ensure timely delivery of quality talent while building scalable, compliant, and data-driven talent acquisition practices aligned with organizational growth objectives

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans.
• Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring demand and workforce requirements.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical, niche, and leadership positions.
• Monitor labor market trends, competitor hiring activity, and talent availability.

Recruitment Operations
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for volume, specialist,



and leadership hiring.
• Ensure recruitment activities commence only against approved requisitions and hiring plans.
• Drive sourcing through multiple channels including:
• Direct sourcing
• LinkedIn Recruiter
• Job portals
• Employee referrals
• Social media
• Vendor partnerships
• Talent communities
• Manage candidate screening, interviewing, assessments, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment compliance, documentation, and audit readiness.

Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, coach, and mentor recruiters and sourcing specialists.
• Establish recruitment KPIs and performance expectations.
• Conduct regular recruiter performance reviews and capability-building initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management
• Act as a strategic advisor to Hiring Managers and Business Leaders.
