We’re hiring a Community Growth & Business Development Intern for a paid remote internship, with a potential performance-based PPO.
This is a hands-on role focused on community growth, business development, outreach, and partnerships in the US higher education and EdTech space.

Who should apply?

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has an established Reddit account with meaningful account age and organically earned karma
• Understands how Reddit and online communities work
• Has an interest in business development, sales, community growth, or partnerships
• Is curious about US higher education and EdTech
• Has strong written communication and research skills
• Is proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks

What you’ll work on

• Identify and engage with relevant online communities
• Research student needs, discussions, and growth opportunities
• Identify potential university, EdTech, employer, and community partners
• Build prospect lists and support outreach




• Assist with business development and partnership conversations
• Test community-led growth and acquisition strategies
• Track results and suggest new growth opportunities
