We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple positions and hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and joining.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, employee networks, agencies, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on experience, skills, compensation, notice period, and role fitment.
• Manage interview coordination and ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and drive offer-to-join conversions.
• Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations, counter-offer situations, and joining follow-ups.




• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline/talent pool for current and future requirements.
• Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Manage recruitment trackers, ATS updates, MIS, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate with HR Operations for pre-joining documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
• Work with recruitment agencies when required and monitor their performance and closures.
• Support employer branding, campus hiring, referral programs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, hiring processes, and overall recruitment efficiency.

What We're Looking For
• 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in an in-house setup.
