Pericent is a Jaipur-based enterprise software company that helps organisations work smarter through docEdge, our Document Management System, and bpmEdge, our Business Process Management platform. As our team grows, we are looking for a driven, results-oriented HR Recruiter who thrives on meeting hiring goals and bringing great talent on board.
What You Will Do
• Achieve assigned monthly hiring targets and closure numbers within defined timelines
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Track and report daily recruitment activity, pipeline status, and target progress




• Communicate with candidates professionally and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Support offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities

What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment and consistently meet hiring goals
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• A positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing
